The 5 Judges Who Will Decide the Fate of Tinubu, Atiku, and Obi in the 2023 Presidential Election Petition
Today, a panel consisting of four men and one woman holds the responsibility of determining the future of President Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, and Peter Obi.
Atiku, representing the PDP, and Obi, affiliated with the Labour Party, have raised legal challenges against the victory of Tinubu, who ran under the APC banner, in the 2023 presidential election.
Following a tumultuous five-month period filled with political disputes and legal battles, the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has scheduled the announcement of its verdict for Wednesday, September 6, 2023. This decision comes after a thorough examination of the evidence presented by all involved parties.

1. Justice Haruna Tsammani, chief registrar of the Court of Appeal and head of the panel.
2. Justice Stephen Adah, Court of Appeal Asaba.
3. Justice Monsurat Bolaji-Yusuf, Court of Appeal, Asaba.
4. Justice Moses Ugo, Kano division.
5. Justice Abba Mohammed, Court of Appeal, Ibadan.
